Elden Studios ("we", "us") operates this website. This page explains what personal information we collect through it, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if you provide one), and the content of your message.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site. A cookie is set only if you sign in to the private administration area, which is restricted to Elden Studios staff.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Contact submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Access is restricted to authenticated Elden Studios administrators.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop using it. Write to hello@elden-studios.com and we will respond.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
Links to other sites
Our site links to external profiles and products. Once you follow those links, this policy no longer applies; please read the policy of the site you land on.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
