MVP builds for startups & founders

Your MVP, built to launch.Your tech partner, built to last.

We do one thing for startups: take your MVP from idea to launch, as your tech partner. Scoping is included and the price is fixed in writing before you commit — then we build version one of the real thing: production-grade, bilingual, yours outright. No agency overhead, and priced for a startup's runway, not an enterprise budget.

  • Free scoping
  • One fixed price
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

The first product built this way is our own — Petna, in pre-launch

A typical build, week by week

  1. WK 00Scoping — included, free
  2. WK 01Walking skeleton, live on staging
  3. WK 02First real user flow
  4. WK 03+One working feature every week
  5. WK 06–10Launch on your infrastructure
  6. +30dWe stay for fixes
  7. your product — let's talk

Straight talk

You've heard the other version of this pitch.

  • Agency quotes sized for enterprises, not founders.
  • Prototypes that impress in a demo and cannot ship.
  • Developers who disappear the week after handover.

What you get

Version one of the real thing

One fixed scope, one fixed price — and the scoping that sets both costs you nothing. We'd rather build you less product at real quality than more product you'll pay to rebuild.

  • Scoping, included

The first step of every build: we cut the idea to the version worth building first and fix the price in writing, before you commit to anything.

  • Production-grade codebase

Built with care, tested, and yours outright. No license, no lock-in, no rewrite tax later.

  • Bilingual interface

Designed once for English and Arabic. RTL is a first-class direction, not an afterthought.

  • Launch infrastructure

Deployed, instrumented, and monitored, with analytics wired in so version two is decided by evidence.

  • Working software, weekly

Real, working features you can click, test, and put in front of users — never slideware.

  • 30 days of post-launch fixes

We don't leave on launch day. Anything that surfaces in the first month, we fix — included in the price, not added to the invoice.

How we work

From constraint to launch

  1. WK 00

    Scope — free

The first step costs nothing. We start with the constraint, not the feature list — the market, the deadline, the runway — and cut your idea to the MVP worth building first. If we're not the right partner, the thinking is still yours to keep.

In your hands: a scope map and a fixed quote.

  2. WK 01

    Design

Interface and architecture drawn together. Key screens in your direction, and the stack chosen for your constraint — boring where possible.

In your hands: clickable designs and an architecture memo.

  3. WK 02+

    Build

One real, working piece of the product each week, at production quality, deployed to a staging site you can click yourself — never a demo.

In your hands: a working staging URL, every week.

  4. WK 06–10

    Launch + 30 days

Hardening, accessibility, and launch on your own infrastructure. Then we stay for 30 days, fixing whatever the first real users surface.

In your hands: a live product you fully own — and us, for 30 days after.

The difference

Why work with us

Priced for founders.

No account managers, no layers, no agency overhead: you pay for the people building your product and nothing around them. That, plus a scope cut to what's worth building first, is how our fixed quotes come in startup-sized — by design, not discount.

You talk to the builders.

You talk directly, every week, to the people building your MVP. The first 30 days after launch are on us, and Product Partner is there when you want the same team to keep going.

Craft that ships.

Production-grade from the first week — real deployments, never a demo. The proof is what we build for ourselves: this site, and Petna, our own product in pre-launch.

The repository is yours from day one.

Code lives in your organization and deploys on your accounts. Leave whenever you like — everything still works. And you talk to the person who builds it: nothing is thrown over a wall.

This site is our own build — the design system you're reading is the one you get.

Straight answers

What does it cost?

There's no public number because no two MVPs are the same size — but finding yours is free. The scoping conversation ends with a fixed quote in writing, before you've committed to anything. It comes in competitive for unglamorous reasons: no agency overhead or account layers to carry, and a scope cut to the version worth building first, so you don't pay for features you don't need yet. Never hourly, never surprise invoices.

How long does it take?

Scoping takes about a week. From first conversation to launch is typically six to ten weeks in total — one disciplined core flow, not a feature list.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, from day one, contractually. The repository is created in your organization and the product deploys on your own cloud accounts.

What happens after launch?

The MVP Build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that, either Product Partner — the same team evolving the product monthly — or a clean handover to your own hires. The documentation is written for exactly that.

Do you build in Arabic?

Natively. English and Arabic ship from the same codebase with RTL as a first-class direction — the site you're reading is the proof.

We already have designs, or a team.

Scoping works the same way: we scope and quote the build around what you already have, and designs you bring shorten it. We don't do staff augmentation, but we hand over cleanly.

What stack do you use?

Chosen during scoping to fit your constraint, and boring where possible — proven tools your future team can hire for.

What if scope changes mid-build?

Equal-weight swap: trade a feature out to trade one in. Genuinely new scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.

Next Step

Let's scope your MVP. It costs nothing to find out.

Tell us what you're trying to launch — through the form, or straight on WhatsApp — and we'll reply with an honest read on scope, sequence, and fit. Scoping costs nothing; the quote it ends with is fixed.
